Tent- and accommodation
All accommodation near Ry Hallerne will be in tents or campers and so on. We don’t have a School close by. We have several accommodation possibilities for you and your club/team – see below:
Own tents and campers
In the registration form below, you need to inform us about how many tents and different sizes, campers, and size of your club-/common tent that you’re bringing to the camp. Also, we need info on your power needs for the club-/common tent.
Caravan/campers will be at a price of 500 Dkk.
Tents can not be raised until 4pm, on July 5th
Rent your Club/Common tent
You can rent a larger club-/common tent, tables, chairs, and so on for the camp by contacting our partner: Stautrup Fest Udlejning, who is our main tent partner.

Birkhede Camping:
Do you and your familiy want to stay close to the camp but not directly at Ry Hallerne, we can recommend Birkhede Camping, that can accommodate your tents, campers but you can also rent campers, rooms and cabins there.

Registration is now open!
You can now registrate you and your club members for the Danish Taekwondo Summercamp in Ry.
Please read how, in the text below.
Download the Excel document below and fill in all the fields on all your participants, listing both name, belt degree, tent size and so on. Please make sure that you go through all fields and fill them in as required.
This Excel document can hold up to 30 participants. If you require more space, please download it a second time and have both documents filled out.
You can register as a club, as an individual or as a family.
Once the Excel is filled out send it by Email to: info@taekwondo-summercamp.dk.
Remember, your registration is not approved until the payment has been done.
